Where it all largely started, the Tesla seen here belonged to the company founder, Carlos Hermida, who installed a set of the original E2 wheels onto his Model S. The idea was to demonstrate and enjoy the benefits of extended range, better braking, and improved acceleration, and it worked. While large numbers of Tesla owners placed orders, Carlos was met by a myriad of other car fanatics wanting a set for their own cars. Owners of Audi, BMW, Cadillac, and more wanted their own sets, causing ESE Carbon to work overtime to develop the bolt patterns, hubs, and so on to accommodate different makes and models. Now, with the E3 on the way, ESE is working diligently to create patterns for a multitude of vehicles. Show us your ride here!
